Brain Booster Milkshake

Get the morning started right with a brain booster milkshake. Full of protein, vitamins, and minerals, it will keep your kids (or you!) going all day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw milk or coconut milk
- 1-2 raw pastured egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp grade B maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt
- 2 tsp grass-fed collagen
- 1/2 capsule preferred probiotics
- 1/2 capsule preferred multi-vitamin
- optional: 2 tsp carob powder OR cocoa powder OR 1/4 cup berries or cherries
- optional: 1/2 tsp organic vanilla OR 1/4 tsp organic mint extract
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or a cup with a lid.
- Blend or shake until well combined.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
