Brain Booster Milkshake

Get the morning started right with a brain booster milkshake. Full of protein, vitamins, and minerals, it will keep your kids (or you!) going all day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw milk or coconut milk
  • 1-2 raw pastured egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp grade B maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 2 tsp grass-fed collagen
  • 1/2 capsule preferred probiotics
  • 1/2 capsule preferred multi-vitamin
  • optional: 2 tsp carob powder OR cocoa powder OR 1/4 cup berries or cherries
  • optional: 1/2 tsp organic vanilla OR 1/4 tsp organic mint extract

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or a cup with a lid.
  2. Blend or shake until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
