Probiotic Guacamole

Everything is better with probiotics right? A tablespoon of pickle juice (or anything probiotic) gives this tasty dip a real nourishing boost and helps to minimize the layer of oxidation that you always get on the top of guacamole. This makes enough to serve a good sized group as an appetizer with some chips or veggies.
Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1 Tbsp pickle juice, whey, or other probiotic liquid
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 small tomato, diced
Directions
- Scoop out avocado centers and mash with pickle juice, garlic, lime juice, sea salt, and cayenne.
- Fold in cilantro and tomatoes.
- Let flavors meld at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Enjoy.
