Dark Chocolate Bark With Pistachios And Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 10 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries

Directions

  1. In a small stockpot, melt chocolate over low heat.
  2. Pour melted chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Top with pistachios and cranberries while chocolate is still melted.
  4. Place in refrigerator until set, usually about 1 hour.
  5. Break into pieces.
