Elizabeth Walling is an independent health researcher, freelance writer and real food blogger. Her passion for learning about health and nutrition inspired her to found her blog The Nourished Life as a source of information for others who are also interested in improving their health and well-being the natural way. She loves real butter, raw milk and thinking outside of the box.

Keith McDorman

Keith McDorman has a passion for real food that captivated him in the most unlikely of all places: Los Angeles. Compelled by his mother's amazing cooking, a handful of Wendell Berry books, and a tour with the Peace Corps in Jamaica working with vegetable farmers, he is laying the groundwork to be a farmer as soon as he can make it happen. He currently lives in Austin, Texas, and spends his days as a carpenter, a freelance writer, and a couch surfer.
